Breath in Sing out 
Do you experience problems with your breathing? Perhaps you have a persistent lung condition, like asthma or COPD, or you may have been diagnosed with a heart condition. You could be dealing with breathlessness due to Long Covid, chronic anxiety, or for another reason entirely. Whatever your situation, we understand that not being able to breathe well can seriously impact your quality of life and your physical and mental health.

Breathe in Sing out groups offer an enjoyable and effective way to manage and improve your breathing alongside a friendly, supportive group of people who understand your experience. Each session includes gentle warm-up exercises, learning new techniques to improve the way you breathe and, of course, singing together.
